PraiseMoves, which is yoga with scripture incorporated into the poses, is offered from 9:30 – 11 am, Tuesdays and Thursdays, via Zoom.
In this class, flexibility, strength, endurance, and relaxation exercises are paired with scripture and sharing for a physical, spiritual and community experience. All adults are welcome regardless of age, gender or physical fitness.
PraiseMoves workouts improve flexibility, circulation, coordination, and agility. In addition, they can assist with weight loss, alleviate stress, and keep tissues healthier to reduce the risk of injury.
The instructor is certified by PraiseMoves and in CPR to provide a safe, meaningful experience.
Classes are free, but registration is required.
